Abbey Twiss of Cabinet of Curiosity is a Sunshine Coast born and bred artist, specialising in stylised entomology (the study of insects) displays. Cabinet of Curiosity pays homage to the Victorian practice of displaying oddities, taxidermy and trinkets from around the world for friends and family to wonder at.
Abbey displays and sells her works in the local Buderim art gallery Art Nuvo. Abbey does commission pieces working with clients and businesses to create a piece meaningful to them using elements from their personal collections.
