Wildlife sculptures and paintings
Trevor Irvine is an artist/sculptor and timber box maker | 3 Mar to 31 Mar | Maleny Library

Trevor Irvine is an artist/sculptor and timber box maker. He paints in acrylics, oils and watercolours, depicting birds and wildlife, which he likes to place in realistic landscape settings. He is largely self-taught and has participated in various classes and workshops to refine his skills.
Several years ago Trevor branched out into three-dimensional sculpture in timber. He finds it very satisfying to see a shape emerge from a block of wood and very challenging to conceptualize in 3D. He takes pleasure in creating one-off pieces that others can appreciate and enjoy.
