World Map Activity

Help us create a community map that reflects our diverse backgrounds by placing a marker to show where you were born. Swing by your library at the end of August to discover the rich tapestry of cultures that make up our vibrant community.

Read and Write for Life

Libraries offers free and confidential help to adults who want to improve their general literacy skills. This includes reading, writing, speaking, listening, maths and basic computer skills. Sessions are held across all library locations and can be one-on-one or in small groups.

The Read and Write for Life program has been running for over 33 years and has assisted thousands of people to apply for work, read to their children and improve their confidence.
