Your story, your strengths
Reduce your SPER debt and improve personal wellbeing | 3-week course

Join this three‑session creative wellbeing course to learn more about yourself and what makes you strong. Take part in easy art activities, calming exercises and simple reflection to help you explore your life and notice your strengths. Use images, objects and basic creative tools to share your ideas.
Local psychologist and SPER Hardship Provider Linda Cassell will guide you through each session and support you as you reflect and discover what you’re good at. Sharing is always optional, and you don’t need any skills or experience to take part.
To be eligible for this course, you must have a SPER debt and be experiencing financial hardship. Your SPER debt will be reduced by $300 when you participate in this free course. We will contact you and complete the required paperwork before the course begins.
Choose your preferred location of Nambour or Beerwah. You will need to attend one day per week for three weeks.
For more information or discuss if your eligible to attend, email Council's Community Development Team.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree to attend all three sessions of the course.
