The Friday Art Group’s Folding Books

The ‘Friday Art Group’ meet on Fridays in Maleny or Landsborough to keep in touch and sketch over a cup of coffee. The folding books project arose as a way of sharing mementos of each other’s work. 

A concertina book, also known as an accordion book, is folded origami style. Concertina books come in many variations, this exhibition illustrates the simplest approach.

Participating artists are Robyn Graham, Judy Gravestein, Babs Groves, Kati Hidegh, Kathryn Murray, Diane Reid.
