Spring Safe Storytime

Storytime and introduction to swimming safely | 13 Oct | Caloundra Aquatic Centre

Splish splash, it’s swimming season again! Join us for a Spring Safe Storytime on Tuesday 13 October and share stories and songs, along with important water safety messages. Sunshine Coast Libraries and Caloundra Aquatic Centre are working together to help families swim safely and develop early literacy and language skills.

These sessions are for children aged between 3 months to 5 years, when accompanied by a parent/caregiver. Beginning with a poolside Storytime and followed by an introduction to water safety in the pool, with a qualified swim instructor.

Parents/caregivers are responsible for the supervision of children at all times and must accompany them in the pool, 1 adult: 1 child.

Registration is essential and includes free pool entry for the activity.

Find out more about swimming programs available and facilities by visiting Caloundra Aquatic Centre.
