Wild Baskets showcases the imaginative work of Judith Wolski, a basket weaver with over 30 years of experience. After completing a Visual Arts course at TAFE, Judith’s creative path took a new direction as she began blending her love of weaving with ceramics. When access to a kiln became limited, she discovered a new medium in plaster and began incorporating colour inspired by 2D art techniques. Her playful approach combines weaving, sculpting, and painting, resulting in unique pieces that celebrate the beauty found in unexpected places.
