Learn how to preserve precious books, children’s art and paintings. Join the Heritage team for a hands-on workshop to find out how to make sure your treasured items stand the test of time. Work with tissue and archival paper, folders and pockets, and test try equipment used to preserve rare books.
Bring paper artwork and your own book to practice on.
Free. Registration essential. Ages 16 and over. Tea and coffee provided.

Cleaning out your cupboards? Libraries are seeking:
- Records of local businesses, community organisations, churches and other groups
- Letters, diaries, photos or other documents belonging to individuals or families living in the area
- Unpublished or published creative writing by locals or set on the Sunshine Coast
- Local photographs, prints or original works of art that document local history.
