Sitting still, breathing deeply and quietening thoughts is not as easy as it sounds with a neurodivergent mind. Join the team from Neurodivergent Empowered for a uniquely tailored relaxation session designed to nourish your nervous system.
This workshop blends mindfulness techniques with sensory-friendly practices to help you find calm, focus and connection in a way that feels natural. Expect a welcoming space, gentle guidance and a supportive environment where everyone is free to relax and be themselves!
Delivered as part of Council’s Disability Action Week program.
