Intro to machine sewing
Skills sharing workshop series | 12 March | 1 session
Join us for a 2-hour beginner-friendly workshop where you’ll learn the basics of using a sewing machine while creating a practical fabric wrist keyring. Learn about machine setup, safety, threading, and basic stitching techniques. Be guided step-by-step through a simple sewing project. Walk away with your own handmade wrist lanyard keyring and the confidence to keep sewing. No sewing experience needed - everyone is welcome!
Bring any extra fabric you’d like to use, an item that requires mending and a water bottle. Wear closed in shoes.
$25 per person. Registration essential. Ages 15 and over. All materials provided.
