Upcoming traffic works at Library+ Caloundra
Temporary changes to access | 8-19 Dec
To improve pedestrian safety and accessibility, construction of a new pedestrian crossing and ramps on both sides of Omrah Avenue will take place from Monday 8 December.

Works schedule: Monday 8 December to Friday 19 December *weather and site conditions permitting
Road Closure: Omrah Avenue between Minchinton Street and Nutley Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic during the works.
Pedestrian Access:
- The main pedestrian crossing on Omrah Avenue will be closed during construction.
- The entry point to the Library+ Caloundra building remains unchanged.
- Pedestrians can still access Library+ Caloundra via existing footpaths on Omrah Avenue.
- Access from Felicity Park to Library+ Caloundra will be available via the east end of Omrah Avenue or via Nutley Street.
- Access to Library+ Caloundra from Minchinton Street via the covered walkway from The Events Centre will remain open.
Please allow extra time when visiting Library+ Caloundra during this period and follow all signage and directions from traffic controllers.
