Hoof It! Scavenger Hunt

Auslan Storytime
The Australian Deaf Games are coming to the Sunshine Coast! To celebrate, we are excited to host an Auslan Storytime, reading books, signing and introducing key vocabulary from Auslan/English. Join us for what promises to be a fun-filled morning!

All children participating must have a booking to attend session. If parent/guardian intends on remaining with their child for the duration of the session, they must also book a ticket. The session starts promptly at the advertised time. Due to the popularity of the program, if your child has not checked in by this time, their booking may be given away.
Toy Frankengarden
Upcycle old toys into quirky plant holders and watch your creation grow! Bring your favourite old toy to upcycle (no batteries) or use the supply we have available.

Allow plenty of time for travel and parking. Age limits for our programs are strictly monitored and enforced. All programs have been designed for specific age groups to correspond with their motor and literacy skills. To avoid disappointment please ensure your child is of the appropriate age prior to attending.
Supervision of children in the library is the responsibility of their parents or guardian. Parents and guardians must remain in the library while children are attending the session. Young people aged 12 and up can attend library programs unsupervised.
