Corinna Kristensen is a grungy mixed media artist and book maker, drawn to the raw, the weathered, and the beautifully imperfect. Her work is a tactile rebellion—layers of torn paper, smeared ink, rusted bits, and stitched seams. She finds magic in the mess, meaning in the chaos, and stories in every texture.

Handmade books are her canvas, each one a stitched-together narrative of grit and grace. She works with what’s forgotten: scraps, stains, and soulful fragments. Nothing is too worn or too weird. Every smudge tells a story. Every page holds a pulse. Her art is unpolished, unapologetic, and alive.
