Donate local photos to Picture Sunshine Coast

Cleaning out your cupboards? Picture Sunshine Coast is a database of over 29,000 images that depict the history and development of the Sunshine Coast. They are an excellent source for local history research, school assignments and for people wanting to see how the Coast looked in the "old days". The images can be viewed and printed from the Sunshine Coast Libraries catalogue. Find out how you can donate an image

You can digitise:

  • Printed photographs (up to A4 size)
  • Film negatives (35mm, medium format, 4 x 5 inch)
  • Photo slides (35mm)
  • Documents (up to A4 size)
