All rooms are self-service and fees and charges apply.
Beerwah Room
Event or meeting room with audiovisual capabilities, located on level 2 of Library+ Caloundra overlooking Bill Venardos park.
Audiovisual equipment includes dual screens, microphones, speaker, video camera, HDMI, USB-A and wireless connectivity. Free public wi-fi.
Includes use of the level 2 foyer as breakout / display space or catering area. Tea node available in the foyer. Note that the foyer space is open to public entry.

Coonowrin Room
Meeting room with audiovisual facilities, located on level 2 of Library+ Caloundra overlooking Bill Venardos park.
Audiovisual equipment includes screen, microphones, speaker, video camera, HDMI, USB-A and wireless connectivity. Free public wi-fi.

Creative Space
A flexible space, located on the ground floor of Library+ Caloundra.
The Creative Space has resilient flooring, ceiling power, and a sink - perfect for creative programs, workshops, and kid’s programs. It has access to an enclosed outdoor courtyard, that can be included with the hire of the space.
Audiovisual equipment includes interactive screen, microphones, speaker, video camera, HDMI, USB-A and wireless connectivity. Streaming or recording available. Free public wi-fi.

Digital Studio 1
Acoustically treated studio for audio and video recording projects, including background screens, located on level 1 of Library+ Caloundra.
Digital Studio 1 is an acoustically treated space designed for audio recording projects. It includes a mix of professional software and hardware, making it simple to record and capture high‑quality sound. Free public wi-fi.

Acoustically treated studios for audio and video recording projects, located on level 1 of Library+ Caloundra.
Digital Studios 1 and 2 can be booked together for coordinated performance, production and editing work.

Makerspace
A flexible space location on level 1 of Library+ Caloundra.
The Makerspace has resilient flooring, ceiling power, a sink, and mechanical exhaust ventilation - perfect for creative programs, workshops, and adults programs. It can be booked with the Ngungun room.
Audiovisual equipment includes interactive screen, microphones, speaker, video camera, HDMI, USB-A and wireless connectivity. Streaming or recording available. Free public wi-fi.

Ngungun Room
Semi enclosed space with no technology.
Perforated metal sheet walls providing a treetop feel, overlooking Bill Venardos park. Great for informal gatherings, and makerspace project overflow. The Ngungun Room shares sliding stacker doors with the Makerspace and can be used as an adjoining space.
No technology in space.

Old Chambers
Large event or meeting room with audiovisual capabilities and tea node.
Old Chambers is ideal for events, workshops and meetings, with an internal tea node. There is direct access to an external balcony overlooking Omrah Avenue.

Old Chambers & Cullawanda
Use of the Old Chambers and Cullawanda room.
Old Chambers is ideal for events, workshops and meetings, with an internal tea node. There is a door connected to the Cullawanda Room that can be used as a green or support room for events. There is direct access to an external balcony overlooking Omrah Avenue.

Tiered Seating
Tiered seating space leading from the ground foyer to the level 1 foyer.
Located just inside the main entry doors on the ground floor, the tiered seating can be used for talks, presentations and group sessions. The space is part of the foyer and is an open space.
Audiovisual equipment includes a large drop-down projection screen, microphones, speakers, HDMI, USB-A and wireless connectivity. Streaming and recording available. Free public wi-fi.
