Kawana podcast studio

Welcome to the Kawana Podcast Studio located at Kawana Library.

The podcast studio is an acoustically treated space that has everything you need to get recording and create a podcast. The space includes: 

• Four microphones and headphones
• A podcast production mixer/interface 
• Audacity multi-track audio editing software on a PC 
• Access to Libraries’ free WiFi. 

The studio is available during Kawana Library opening hours and can accommodate up to four people. 

Things to know

• To book the space, you must be aged 16 years or older. 
• No formal technical support is provided during the studio session. Basic instructions and a factsheet are available in the studio.  
• While the studio is acoustically treated, it is not soundproof.
