About the presenter
Carina Caldarone is the founder of Yoga Standby, a Sunshine Coast based yoga business dedicated to supporting wellbeing through accessible and adaptable practice. With a career spanning over 30 years in the film and television industry, she has worked extensively in costume and wardrobe departments on major productions including Thor: Ragnarok, Love and Monsters, and Thirteen Lives. Her transition into yoga followed a period of change, leading her to formally train as a yoga teacher with The Mindful Yoga School and deepen her involvement in holistic wellbeing.
