Gentle movement to feel good | 1 Mar - 10 Mar | 7 sessions

Join Holistic Physiotherapist Camille Walrath for a body intelligence workshop. Learn the science behind feeling good and enjoy simple exercises to get and stay grounded. Practice breathing techniques to minimise the impact of stress on the body. Take part in relaxation movements and chi sequences. Find inner stillness with seated body centering and scanning activities. Go home feeling light and lifted.

Wear comfortable clothes for movement. Some activities will be chair based.  

Free. Registration essential. Ages 16 and over.
