First 5 Forever

First 5 Forever is about working together as a community to spend time with our babies and children talking, reading, singing and playing. This universal family literacy program aims at creating stronger language and literacy environments for Queensland children before they start kindergarten or school.

Speak App SPEAK (Speaking Promotes Education And Knowledge) provides lots of fun, free activities, ideas and information for parents, carers and educators to support and nurture language development in children from 0-6 years of age.
Join library staff online for Sofa Storytime or register for a weekly Rhymetime and Storytime sessions at your local library.
